What happens if party rental items get damaged or stained during my event?

Customers are responsible for any damage, excessive staining, loss, or theft of rental equipment while it is in their possession. If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or requires excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement, the cost will be charged in accordance with the signed rental agreement. If damage occurs during your event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation.
